We provide a trusted marketplace where property owners (hostels and apartments) can advertise their properties and where residents can discover and register interest in them. We do not act as landlords, agents, property managers, or intermediaries in any financial transaction.
2. Financial Liability Disclaimer — IMPORTANT
CRITICAL NOTICE: find.hostelcity accepts absolutely no financial responsibility whatsoever for any monetary transaction, payment, advance, deposit, or rent paid by a registrant directly to a hostel or apartment owner.
Any and all payments — including but not limited to monthly rent, security deposits, advance payments, mess charges, utility charges, or any other financial exchange — are made directly between the registrant and the property owner at their own risk and mutual agreement. find.hostelcity is not a party to these transactions and shall not be held liable under any circumstances for financial disputes, fraud, non-payment, or monetary loss of any kind.
3. Verification of Properties
While find.hostelcity makes genuine efforts to verify the properties listed on the platform, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of every listing. Registrants are strongly advised to conduct their own independent inspection and due diligence before committing to any accommodation or making any payment to a property owner.
4. Conduct & Responsibility
Registrants are entirely responsible for their own conduct, safety, and decisions while residing in any property discovered through find.hostelcity. The platform bears no responsibility for disputes arising from accommodation conditions, interpersonal conflicts, safety issues, or breaches of agreement between residents and property owners.
5. Data & Privacy
By submitting your registration, you consent to find.hostelcity storing and sharing your basic contact information (name, phone, email) with the relevant property owner solely for the purpose of facilitating your accommodation request. Your data will not be sold to third parties.
6. No Guarantee of Availability
Submission of a registration form through find.hostelcity does not guarantee accommodation. Room availability is subject to confirmation by the property owner. find.hostelcity does not guarantee that a room, hostel, or apartment will be available at the time of your request.
7. Amendments
find.hostelcity reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review this document periodically.
